Pros: the remaining congregation is filled with good people. The building is nice. They’re good managers of money. New paint and flooring Cons: the senior pastor has many unappealing characteristics. Many people have left the church due to negative interactions with him including staff. The board tends to be weak on responsding to issues and very political in decision making. Children’s program is tanking.
