Metal stamping and metal forming equipment, conveyors, automation equipment, material handling equipment.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
It is a family business my dad started in 1979, the year I graduated from high school. I came on board in the early 80's when the company purchased its first computers. My degree is in Computer Science so I helped get things set up.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a very good support system overall. We have a full time inside sales and customer support staff as well as remote Application Engineers for when on-site help is needed. On average our sales and customer support staff have over 30 years of experience in our industry which makes us a valuable asset for those who wear a lot of hats and don't have time to learn every aspect of metal stamping, conveying, and automation.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One main office and 3 satellite offices.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks (Net 30 day terms), Direct Deposit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
