How long have you been in business?
I have been in business since 1998.
What is your primary product or service?
I offer a 30-hour program to help correct for dyslexia.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in learning disabilities many years ago and got an MA in reading and learning disabilities from New York University.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I was trained to do the Davis Dyslexia Correction Program by the Davis Dyslexia Association International in Burlingame, California.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work from one location and have no plans to expand.

Which areas do you service?
My clients come from many places though mostly from Indiana and lower Michigan. I also travel to work with clients and have gone to many states and countries to do so.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the soul operator of my business.
What are your hours of operation?
I do a 30-hour program one-on-one with clients which is usually completed in six days (five hours per day).
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
When I hear back from families about the academic success of a given client, it makes my day!
